another big price drop in a good town

this house was listed since the spring w/ a different broker. It started around 540, then was at 519 for months. Now its back with a new RE & $489
I bet they'd take $475. Its in the 'west end' neighborhood, very desirable. The bathroom is dated, but its looks like a really well kept house.
Times are changing.
