Another backing up your computer question
I have my work laptop that I like to back up onto flash drives every few months.
What is the best way to do this?
Currently, I compare what is on the laptop to what is on the flash drive and copy from one location to the other. Sounds good but I have about 6-7 active folders and I'm not only adding new documents to the folders but also editing/updating older documents.
It actually becomes time consuming.
Is there an easier way?

if you just do a copy and paste to the same location every time any older documents you update will be replaced with the new version. is that what you are tying to do?
