Another Baby Passport Question
How do I do the picture for DS. Can I go to any CVS? Do they all do passport photos? Am I supposed to hold him up in the picture or do they take it in his carseat?

You can go anywhere that Passport photos are taken. The person should know how to do it but basically you will hold the baby so only his head is in the frame. With DS1, he was 2 months old so I had to hold him under his arms and my hands are in the picture (it is OK). With DS2, you only see his head since he was able to sit on the chair by himself (actually he was on DH's shoulders but that is another story  )

we did ours at CVS they put her on a stool,she was around 7 months when we did it so she was sitting up, but I held her there so she obviously wouldn't fall...I don't think you can have the car seat in the picture, it needs to be their head and just a plain white background I believe...

We took DS to a photo place and I had to hold him up with his head in my hand. I don't think they are too over-particular about baby photos.

you can bring a white sheet or towel and put that over the carseat. that way they can still "sit" but you have the white background.

i had to laugh because when we did ds's he was 5 1/2 months old... dh kneed on the floor and held ds up over his head.... ds looks like a puppet

 That's how I feel I'm going to have to do it with DS. He's 5 1/2 months and not sitting yet.

We took DD's at 8wks old at the post office....I had to hold her up against a white background they had. Was not easy....and I think she looks like a little baby terrorist in her pic! Makes me laugh all the time!
