Another 2 hours of my life wasted...

on the phone with DELL. I hate them! Over the last 3 months, I have had countless phone calls which last 1-2 hours. I've had a hard drive, 2 mother boards, a fan, and a bunch of other stuff replaced. Finally, they just send me a new computer (under warranty), but it is a new version. Sounds great but of course it doesn't have the right port for my printer. They try to tell me that I need to purchase a new cable. Yeah right! They have agreed to send me a new one thankfully. To top my final conversation off, I just needed one last question answered. I get disconnected from the first person. I have to give the new person all the info over again and then she can only access the info on the old computer. And after 20 minutes, I figure it out on my own and hang up on her!
