annoyed- they just cancelled my Dr appointment

I guess I should consider myself lucky that this is the first time it's ever happened, but I'm really annoyed. They offered me another time to see the midwife, which would have been fine, but it conflicts with DS's school schedule- I schedule all of my appointments for when he's at school. They tried to push it until next Monday, but I have them squeezing me in on friday morning. If it were earlier in my pregnancy I wouldn't care, but I'm 35 weeks and I've been having a lot of BH and really wanted to talk to the Dr about a few things. I have been having a lot of textbook signs that labor is coming. Not only that, but I really want my strep B test. I'm worried I may go early and I want to know where I stand with that since I tested positive at the begining of my pregnancy.
I was actually looking forward to going to the Dr tomorrow and now I have to wiat until Friday. Plus is messes up my whole scheduling. I had been seeing the Dr on Mondays, which I like, and as it was that got messed up this week.

Same thing kinda happened to me. I have no sick time left and my ob office doesn't due u/s on fridays - (When I have time to go). So I schedule my u/s and dr appt together for tomorrow...they just called me to move the appts because the u/s tech like to work in a block ?? in the am, so now I have to sit in the office for 2 hours between the appt.s I am really peeved because I was going to run errands in the am but now I can't (office is far from work and house).

I have to work extra to make up that time and its so I can sit in the OB office ARGH!
