Well I was supposed to have my delivery for the nursery furniture tommorow, from BBB. When I called a week and a half ago to change the delivery date from June 30th to June 22th apparently customer service never changed it. Now they are telling me they can't deliver my furniture tommorow because they are booked. A Mgr is supposed to call me back in a 1/2 to to see if he can work something out. I feel like cancelling my delivery and picking up my stuff myself. What should I do.

see what they say when the call back...and if they dont call back in 30 mins, I'd be on the horn w/them in 31 minutes. If you really want it tomorrow then complain to try to get them to change it...or lie, say you took off of work and your losing $$ by staying home and see if they'll offer you a discount!

Well they called back and they will be delivering my furniture btw 4p-7p. So hoping everything goes smoothly.
