Animal party
I think I'm going to have an animal party at our house for DS 5th birthday. The woman will have 10-12 animals ranging from lizards, frogs and snakes, to bunnies and hedgehogs. I'm looking for some party ideas for decorations, snacks/food, favors, cake, maybe a game or craft. In my research I'm finding either zoo animals (zebras, giraffe, lion, etc...) or farm animals (pigs, horse, cows, etc...)

I would probably just do a color theme for table wear and decorations. Cake, I'd take a relevant image from Google and do an edible sheet to put on a cake.

decorations I would pick a couple of DS favorite colors and stick with that for décor.
Maybe get some animal balloons from Party City and an animal piñata as a fun game.
Snacks and Food-Keep simple--do what you know they will like--Mac and Cheese, chicken fingers etc...Maybe animal cracker boxes would be a cute favor or animal crackers for them to snack on at the party.
Favors-I found that on Etsy there are people that personalize sippy cups or water bottles with the childs name and a picture of the theme...so you could choose a different animal for each kid.
Cake-don't know what your budget is but a small customized cake with an animal on it could be cute.
