animal neglect
We have a neighbor who has rabbits in his backyard. over the summer he let the females out and let them roam around - we live on a busy street. One was killed by a car and one we caught and someone adopted. He is doing it again now. These rabbite really don't have a chance.
Is there anyone in Nassau we could call to report him? Please let me know. I really appreciate it.
