And the keys are ours!!!!!!!
We closed yesterday and everything went great. I agree, signing your name 100X and writing checks is not fun, but the process itself was really not bad.
The Seller left the house in perfect condition, had a cleaning crew come in before the walk through and also left a bottle of Champagne in the fridge for us.

Congrats......i wish ours was the same however our seller was the cheapest person on the planet. I'll be there this weekend scrubbing and i doubt I'll find champagne in the fridge.

this is awesome!!!!!! so happy for ya!!!! cant wait for our day.....but i want to say omg to the sellers! i WISH our sellers would be so freakin nice!
