And it starts....MS
6 weeks today and the MS is in full fledge. I kept getting waves but, nope. Just praying it isnt as bad as it was with my son, with him I could barely move for 3 months  .
What are somethings I can do to help it?

feel better! ms is the WORST

 ugh, I'm sorry! Mine started around 6 and half weeks and I still have it (12 1/2 weeks).
Eat bland food like dry bagels and don't let your stomach get too empty. I realize now that spicy and greasy foods make mine worse even though I was kind of stubborn in admitting so 
I was reading that fruit and fruit juices can actually make you more nauseous and I found that to be true for me.
Just eat when you can and waht you can.

nothing Im kidding. It seems for me not much has worked though BUT I did buy the sea bands and I do believe they have helped a little bit. Hope you feel better soon
