I answered your FM! You will not be diappointed.
I only go to the one at Times Square in Sephora. The brow studio is located in the back. I am not sure about the one at Nordstrom.

I have her kit from sephora and do it myself at home. She makes it very easy and includes a "how-to" dvd. I think it's more convenient for upkeep.

I went to the one in RF last week and they were amazing! Keep in mind though I let my brows grow out for about a month before I went so that they had something to work with.
You will not be disappointed.

I go to the one in Times Square and love it. It costs $34 there but is worth it. Just relax, you don't have to do anything!

Can anyone give me more info on this - it is the first I have heard about it. Where can I find locations? Is it a bunch of different people doing it? Do they pluck or wax or thread? Does it depend on how good the person is you go to?
I'm in the market for a new eyebrow lady. TIA!

Trying to remember all the previous questions on this thread so I can answer them.
It is only one person working on you. They do wax and tweezing, but mostly wax for me. Maybe it depends on the shape of the brow? They do not thread.
I'm sure that they can work with whatever it is you have. We all have different types of brows, and they are professionals.
My brows are not thick and are lighter than my natural hair. I let them grow out for a month, but my brows don't grow that fast either, so others may not even have to let them grow that long.
