The high school is a little scary...I used to work at the car dealer next door to it and All I know is I wouldnt send my kids there

I think it's fine.
My step sister went there
and so did all her friends
and they are all very successfull & normal people..
My mom lives there as does my aunt- there are many nice areas in amityville- it is one area we will be looking when we make the move to LI
