Amazon.com completion coupon disapeared??

It showed up last week and this morning it disappeared, it said i had until September 11th to use it....i called Amazon and they said they would have someone from the baby registry department call me within 2 days.... I don't understand why they can't just fix it, i can't buy out my registry without it....should i call back and ask for a supervisor?? WWYD?
