I believe they do.
You have to click the box next to "This will be a gift" and it gives your gift options.

They always include a packing slip that has the order # on it which is what you use for returning things. If you check that it's a gift they will remove the prices so that it's like a gift receipt.
BUT, if the recipient wants to return it they have to pay to ship it back which is always a PITA.
