Amanda Bynes arrested for DUI

Amanda Bynes was arrested early Sunday morning for a DUI, PEOPLE confirms with the California Highway Patrol.
Bynes, 28, was taken into custody at 3 a.m. after police stopped her on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance outside of Los Angeles, according to E! News. She was charged with a misdemeanor, held on a $15,000 bail and released later on Sunday.
The actress was first arrested for a DUI in 2012, but she avoided jail time by completing inpatient treatment in December. She was placed on three years probation.
It seemed the former child star was getting her life back together after a series of legal troubles and bizarre behavior: She regained her driver's license in April and was living with her parents while taking fashion design classes.

I'm not sad; it's really disgusting. She gets off on all sorts of charges, released into the public to enjoy/rebuild her life...and she endangers lives.
We should all be angry. If she can't get it together, someone, be it her, her family, the courts, the prosecutor...should have seen to it that she couldn't hurt anyone else.
We get so angry about terrorism and random crime. This goes on every day--lives endangered and taken...and you're just as dead if she crashes into you as you are if someone kills you in another way.

We should all be angry. If she can't get it together, someone, be it her, her family, the courts, the prosecutor...should have seen to it that she couldn't hurt anyone else.
We get so angry about terrorism and random crime. This goes on every day--lives endangered and taken...and you're just as dead if she crashes into you as you are if someone kills you in another way.
I have I agree. I have zero tolerance for drunk driving and it infuriates me when celebs have enough money to pay someone to drive them around and still do this

ITA. If this was a non-celebrity, we (the general public) would be demanding a very long jail sentence. She already had her 2nd chance two years ago. This is only the 2nd time she got caught. That usually means she's been drinking and driving other times as well.
