The police have to take a person who is arrested and labeled "emotionally disturbed" for a psych test at a hospital before they can process an arrest at the precinct or anything. Its not like she was admitted in a strait jacket even though based on that video, that part cant be far behind.

Unfortunately, psych hospitals only end up pumping people full of MORE drugs. Its very sad really. People become addicted to "psych" meds and go to the hospital to get a fix.
