Am I the only one..

who goes to bed hungry, and wakes up starving???? I hate to eat before I go to bed. I usually never get this hungry before I go t o bed, and it's like as soon as I wake up my belly is telling me to feed it. Am I the only one??

It doesnt happen often, but when it does. I have like a sugar free jello or an icee. Sometimes depending how hungry I am I have like crackers and cheese. something small and lite.

I've been finding that having a bowl of cereal (something healthy like cherios) with skim milk right before bed alleviates the hunger, minimizes my heartburn. When I don't do this I usually wake up in the middle of the night looking for Tums b/c the heartburn is so bad. I also take Tums before bed (I'm supposed to take 2 tums every day anyway for the calcium) I do wake up hungry, but again some cereal seems to help until I can get something else.

I always had to eat before bed. Now I try not too since I think my big baby gets a sugar rush and stays up to late.

I used to have that late in the 2nd, beginning of 3rd tri.... Now not so much.

I HAD to eat b4 bed, and woke up starving like I hadn't eaten alllllllllll week long.....

In the beginning I had that. Then it got to the point that I would wake up at 3am STARVING. When my stomach was empty the acids would bring on nausea. So my DH was great and would get me a light snack of crackers, or fruit, or a cheese wrap.

i wake up starving ~ my stomach is growling (loudly) it is sooo weird ~ before i was pregnant i could not eat until i was up for a couple of hours and i needed to have coffee in my body first ~ so weird how things change!

I eat a little something but then I cant go right to bed (bad acid reflux) but I wake up ready to eat a horse, before being pregnant I would have coffee at about 8am then not eat until about 11 -12

I eat right before bed (and have food on my night table next to the bed) and still wake up starving!

I have to have a snack before bed every night because my stomach is growling, and wake up starving every morning, but usually vomit(sorry) before I can get any food in my mouth
