am i supposed to tip?
My neighbor used to cut hair. She's going to start doing it on saturdays out of her house as a side thing. Am i supposed to tip her?

in her home?
If so, No.
I dont tip my girl who does it at home.
At salon, its different, they dont pocket the $ the make on a cut.

If you're going to her home or she's coming to yours, no - anything she charges you is going to directly in her pocket. No need to tip at all -
if she's working in a salon, then yes -

I tip the woman who comes to my home bc honestly, I am saving so much because she is coming and it is so convenient. I actually tip more than I do if I go to a salon.
