Am I doing something wrong - Nautilus 3 in 1
I just converted the Nautilus 3 in 1 for one of my DC to the highback with the regular booster and seatbelt and I CANNOT get the damn thing buckled. I have to get in the car (roomy sedan) like a contortionist in order to get enough slack on the belt to bring it around and down to the buckle. Its unbelievably hard to do. I see my other friends, and their kids can all buckle themselves in. I can barely do it, nevermind my DC. Does this happen to you? Is it supposed to be this hard?

I had the same issue with the Argos! Neither dh or I could get the straps to tighten and loosen without getting in he car using al our strength it was awful. I retuned it and called graco who said they don't usually hear of these complaints but when I googled it lots of people had this issue. We ended up getting an evenflo secure kid works like a dream.
Anyways there is a group on fb called carseatforthelittles who have car seat techs who are really helpful and may be able to give better advise on what you can do.

I don't understand the problem exactly. Is the base/seat in the way of the buckle? You have it threaded through the red thingy, yes?

We had the exact same problem, made even harder by the fact that we were trying to put it in a Captain's chair. We had to put it in the backseat and even then it was crazy difficult to deal with. We ended up getting a regular booster with no back. We got 2+ years out of the Nautilus so I wasn't too upset but still, very annoying.
