Always save receipts
We got a pella door. It was installed in April. it was an outside contractor who came to put it in. We owed 1000.00 and he was to get paid. We paid the 1000.00 in Cash and he didn't want to leave a recipet. Mike ran after him and made him put something in writing. He said "I don't have any reciepts" so he wrote 1000.00 paid on the date and initialed it. WELL pella called today and they never got paid! Thank God I still have the reciept!
