Already with the questions...
Has anyone ever added a garage? Is this even doable? Any idea on the cost? And permit issues?
Our search is already so limited, I would like to keep this in mind as an option!TIA!

its totally duable, but will raise your taxes a bit. I would say (just a guess) around 30K for a 2 car, but you could do a carport for much cheaper (around 5K to do it your self)

If we decide not to move we will be adding a 2 car garage. I think it will cost around 20K.
