Almost happy Father's day to my husband a 3rd time
The phone rings and a girl that sounds around my age is on the other end.
This is the conversation:
Me: Hello
Shelly: Hi, can I speak to Frank please.
Me: Who is calling please?
Shelly: Shelly
Me: From?
Shelly: Maybe I have the wrong number.
Me: Who are you looking for?
Shelly: Frank M....
Me: Yes that is him, where are you from?
Shelly: Well I am looking for my father.
Ok Heart sinks
Me: How old would your father be?
Shelly: In his 70s
Ok heart rate returning to normal
Me: Shelly, I am sorry my husband is only 38.
Shelly: I am so sorry to bother you
Me: It's ok, I wish you a lot of luck in your search.
Then when my dh got out of the shower, I said to him wow did you have a daughter that I didn't know about?
We do not have another Frank in the family at that age.
I feel bad for her.
But that could have been an interesting Father's Day at my house.

But that could have been an interesting Father's Day at my house.
Something very similar has happened to my MIL & FIL a few times, BUT in the middle of the night, I cant imagine...
