Almost 4 cant sleep and hungary..
Its so late to eat, but i got heartburn and starving and over tired... Im trying to just drink water but the cookies are calling... If i can hold out for a half hour and then try to go back to sleep ill be good...

Try milk- take like 1 or 2 sips... that always helps me- it coats my stomach just enough for me to get back to bed usually. HTH!
I on the other hand feel like a zombie b/c I just woke up and it's not even light out yet! I have a drs appointment up the island (I live on the North Fork) and I'm so tired I just want to go back to bed. Hope you feel better!
