I really need some advice. I know part of what DS is going through is because he is seeing the changes around him because in less than 2 weeks we are having a baby. The baby stuff is coming out of storage and he is now "seeing" the changes. He even put himself in his old bouncer this morning and asked if he could go in the bassinet. We try to laugh/smile and tell him he is just too big for it now.

Well, for the last few weeks, he has been hitting & kicking when we say no. We always tell him no sternly and ask him why he is hitting...to which I get a "I don't know". I know part of this is age and him not being able to express himself. I also know DS has a temper. The other thing he does is roar at us. I have no idea where that came from. Its also not just us - it could be his aunts/uncles/grandmothers. At daycare he is always very good. This morning he hit me on my face and then started laughing. DH is getting super frustrated and slapped him on his hand (which of course did not help).

I need advice. I need to know if there is anything we can do or if anything has been successful for any of the other mom's out her.
