Allowed to have kielbasa?
Its not on my "no" list but hot dogs and cold cuts are because of the nitrates--- so is kielbasa off limits too?

As a Polish woman, I've had some during this pregnancy for sure!
But I limit it- because it probably does have nitrates.
Not to mention the sodium is through the roof.
But in moderation I say go for it!

As a Polish women too  I say yes. My OB said it is OK, just in moderation.
