I'm too scared - I think on the box it warns that for the first few days you should wear dark pants and bring extra clothing with you!!!

My friend used it. He lost a lot of weight (he was very overweight) but he told me that he literally shat oil for days. Evidently it doesn't process the fat in foods? I'm not sure if he is still on it, but I did notice a huge difference in his waistline.

Re: Alli.. anyone use it yet?
I haven't used it but it works by blocking the fat absorption during digestion so that's why you have ummm... oily stools. My friend used it and she said it made her gassy with no confidence (if you know what I mean). She said it was really gross. I guess if you eat a low fat diet you won't have the side effects but you really have to watch your fat intake for days after even if you stop taking it. I'd rather just do diet and exercise myself.

I've thought about using it but I just get so nervous about taking pills.

Re: Alli.. anyone use it yet?
I am going today to get Alli, I just need to see the scale move a lil bit to keep the motivation going.
I read many reviews online and it says that as long as you do not consume more than the directed fat intake you shouldn't have the effects like the oily stool or flagalence (sp)
