Allergy Med Help
I am a 1st time allergy med girl
My doctor told me to take Zytrec 24 hour gel tab for my conditions. It doesnt say drowsey or non but i am dragging Butt!
When is the best time of day to take an allergy pill and still have it work
I took it at 10 Am and now Dragging butt

Zyrtec makes me groggy too. I was taking it at bed time but I was still tired til about noon bc of it. So now I take it at like 8pm and it helps with the morning grogginess.
Maybe try taking it at night and if you're still feeling sleepy, You can also try Allegra.

Maybe try taking it at night and if you're still feeling sleepy, You can also try Allegra.
yea was thinking maybe tmrw taking it earlier- will it keep its strength?

Yea. It's 24 hours. So it lasts through the day. It doesn't make everyone drowsy but for me, I'm in a fog from it. And it actually helps me sleep!
I also use Flonase along with the Zyrtec
But Flonase I use in the morning

he gave me zytrex, flonase and Azelastine Nasal
I am def feeling it- guess the surgery didnt work for either of us
