I think I need to take my ds to an allergist.

He was always sensitive to milk and we had him on lactaid. I just tried switching him to reg milk and he drinks it and is having no stomach issues but he is like Jekyll and Hyde. My happy little guy is a beast and he is not sleeping at night. I have had to sleep with him for the past 4 nights. He falls asleep but doesn't stay asleep for very long.

Any recs on allergists. I'm on the Nassau Suffolk border but will travel.

Thanks

Dr. Strauss.

In Westbury and Commack. He came highly recommended to me and I've had 2 great experiences there!

Link to his site

ETA: we saw him when DD was 1 and hadn't outgrown her milk protein allergy & again when Dd turned 2 and got a rash around the same time we introduced peanuts (She's not allergic, thankfully!)

Dr marchelewski (sp?) at ENT Allergy in Garden City. He is fantastic-- even did my DS's one-year bloodwork, and baby did not even make a peep!
