I was told I can take Benedryl, Zyrtec or Clartin, just not the "D" versions

I learned how to use a netti pot, it is definitely something i will do after im prego as well.

Exactly this for me too.
I've always had terrible allergies, and suffered a lot this spring. Feel better!
