i am suffering soo bad with allergies

I get horrible sinus allergies. Honestly, something that works for me and is all natural is laying my head over pure steam (ie the kettle, bathroom, etc). It does something that helps to alleviate the pain.

I am taking allergy medicine, as my obgyn okayed it. However, my friend suggested I try a neti pot.

Does OTC allergy meds work for you? My doctor said it's ok to take Actifed and Sudafed.
