You can also get 8 oz cans at BRU and Diapers.com. Diapers.com still had RTF marked down after the recall the last time I checked so if it's working for you, you may want to stock up a bit before the price goes back up. I usually get cases of the 32 oz bottles and sometimes use the 8 oz cans. The 2 oz bottles are new - they did not have them when DD was put on Alimentum at 2 weeks old.

I've never seen 4 oz; you can get the 2 oz ones online, but I think only on the Similac site has them; ask your pediatrician if they have samples of the 2 oz bottles, every time we go we leave with at least about a dozen of them :)

alimentum only comes in 8oz RTF cans or 32 oz plastic bottles (or powder)
