Alarm
Do you mind telling me how much a month you pay and who you use. The house that we are buying they have a brand new alarm with Slomans. They guy just started a contract 6 months ago. So he is locked in a five year contract. He offered if we would take over the contract - he would give us a check for $200. Which is saving him money - becuase otherwise he would have to pay $1500 to break the contract,. Which sounded good to me, but I heard that $26.00 a month is a little high- I wouldnt think so- but just curious how much central station monitering goes for per month.

We were offered a free alarm system from the company that did our home inspection and then it is just $21.00 a month.
