my goodness. how could they be mean to a sweet person like u like u said karma. i can't believe u weren't in one photo. i wouldnt do the to my bil and my sister's b/f. she's with him over 5 yrs

Well his MOTHER ( not sister) called him in the afternoon the day of the WEDDING to ask him when he was coming over for family pictures ( since he was not in the bridal party and no one said anything about family pictures he assumed they were going to take them at the hall later on... he already had a million things to do and could not drop everything and run there that second)
then at the reception no one asked us if we wanted to take a picture.
I will not be in 1 single pictures. But the video guy did come around to our table and I did smile and wave.....
if they only knew how badly I wanted to flick off the camera!!!

I actually think that was my bad karma coming to bite me on the you know what. When we got married I honestly totally forgot to ask my bil's girlfriend to come in the family pictures ( although she did join us at the end of the night for one big group pictures with all the cousins)
But that was an honest mistake.. she wasnt anywhere near us when we did the family pics and it was out of sight out of mind..
Sometimes the day goes so fast you just dont realize..

Compared to everything else they have done to us over the last few months... as sad as it is we arent suprised or even that upset about it. We are just so used to it already

unfortunately, it's only going to look worse if you say something, but since it is DH's family, he needs to tell them off once and for all and let the chips fall where they may.
That happens with us. My parents aren't nearly as bad as what you have to deal with, but they annoy Boosh occasionally with petty things and when it gets to the limit, I step in.

DH said something to his mom, the discussed it, and we dropped it. I can honestly say we were 100% the bigger people in this situation.
