Age for first live show?
My 16 month old daughter is obsessed with Elmo and Sesame Street. Their is a Sesame Street Live show at the Tilles Center in October. Is she too young? Any idea how long these shows tend to run? Thanks!

We took DD to see Sesame Street Live when she was 18 months old. She was very interested until the last 30-40 minutes. One week later, we took her to see The Wiggles and she was mesmerized the entire time.

She isn't too young. DD2 was just over a year when we saw it last year and she loved it.

Not too young. My 16 month old saw the Wiggles live show today and he enjoyed the heck out of it, dancing and singing along, etc. I think he had more fun than my 3 year old. If it's something they really love, I think it's not too young.

At that age my DS slept through it. Woke up when they were finishing and was clapping like he saw the entire thing.

Go for it! We took DD at 15 months and she loved it. It's very low pressure to go to Sesame Street Live- even if your DD fusses or needs to go for a walk during the show, there are plenty of other moms and dads dealing with the exact same thing with their kids.

That sounds like the right age for Sesame Street Live. We took DD when she was 17 months and she LOVED it.

I don't think she's too young. All of the Live! shows encourage the audience to get up and dance, and they are definitely not "quiet" shows.

Hailey will be almost 4 when we go see the Christmas Show. I dont think she would have done well any earlier.
