AFTER MUCH DEBATE...
I think i have decided to have my baby here in New York at Winthrop.
I currently live in PA but i am always in NY and DH works here as well.
It will be easier for me for appts. as well as easier for DH to get to me from work. If i am in PA going into labor it will take him 2 hours from the city to get to me. I will stay with my MIL in Hempstead for the last 2 weeks before the baby is born. And then once i am released from the hospital i will go right back to PA with the baby.
I will get a back up doctor in PA just in case though.

Sounds like a great plan with a very good hospital (their NICU is top notch).

I agree. My niece was in their NICU for 10 days and she is fine now.

I delieverd at Winthrop and had a great exerience. The best part besides leaving with my son was the food.
