After ET..what did you do?
I took off today and tomorrow..
Just been relaxing, watching TV and sneaking on the computer....is the computer bad (radiation etc) - I know that sounds dumb!

I sat on my azz for 3 days with my feet up at the insistence of DH.
I basically lived with the computer on my lap, and well... you know my story!

Listened to my IVF meditations.
Generally treated myself like an invalid.

What's the pineapple core?
I am not going through the process until later this year, but DH and already decided what I am going to do. Lie in bed for 2 days and watch everything on DVR and movies I never got to watch. Basically, be an invalid. Can't wait.

Pineapple core has high concentration of Bromaline which some say helps aid in implantation.
I tried to research it and asked my acupuncturist about it, but there's not that much information out there about it.

Lol- someone told me about the pineapple core also (THANK YOU!! ) and I sent my dad out shopping for me He came back w/ fresh pineapple, c0mplete w/ core and it was really... chewy. I did eat some though.
My ET was on a friday and I rested Fri, Sat and Sun as much as possible - then on Monday life started to continue somewhat back to normal. I'm still actually a little sore believe it or not, so I'm not 100% but I'm getting there...I'm feeling a little better each day.

I drove to Pughkeepsie after 20 minutes of rest and sat at a conference table for two hours. Then went back to my hotel room, ordered room service and vegged. The next day I drove home. I really did not do bed rest and I think you know my story too. Good luck!
