After 40yrs I have finally learned to Swallow a Pill!
I know this doesn't sound like anything great and your like what does this have to do with IF?
I started a ton of supplements for my last IVF cycle. All pills...yikes
And in the process i learned to swallow a pill (actually all this time I was just taking in too much water...so simple).
Anyway, thought I'd share the only exciting news I've had in a while....LOL...
Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks

I hate hate hate taking large pills (like caplets). I have a fear that's it's going to get stuck in my throat and I end up drinking an entire glass of water for a stupid pill!
What's your secret???

I used to do that too... but my RE said it's actually best to put them on the tip of your tongue since that's the part that propels everything backward!

good point. I guess so far I haven't choked!
I also take a sip of water before so it slides.

Relax and take a little bit of water, just enough to wet your mouth. I used to take gallons of water and then wonder why I couldn't swallow.
One of my supplements is like a horse pill. I'll be honest, that one takes me about a minute to get down.
If I can do it anyone can.
