My OB said it was fine, just don't overuse. I got really sick in the early part of my first tri. and I simply couldn't take it anymore at night so I used it before bed.

My doctor said it was fine to use -- and I think I've even read that it's fine in one of my books.
But it's probably best for you to check with your doctor.

thanks everyone .. I'll check with the doc as you suggested. I hope its ok .. I have been using saline for 2 days and its not helping at all

saline is BS. does nothing for me. I used afrin. not to be able to breathe uis the worst feeling ever. feel better soon.

Amen! 
I got so mad about it that once after my proper two sprays I just stared at my husband with that crap dripping out of my nose and said "what the F**^ was that for?" as if it was all his fault that it doesnt work. He died laughing at me.
