affordable places for baptism?
DD will be baptized in nov and i am looking for some decent yet affordable places in western suffolk or eastern nassau. any suggestions of places you have used?

How many people? What is the price range (other than inexpensive)?
You can do a VFW-type place, but then you're catering food, etc. We had my sister's 40th at a hall in East Northport (forgot what lodge). It was inexpensive to rent out. I'll try to find out the name & the price we paid.

We had ours at Francesco's in Babylon. Very inexpensive (depends on what package you choose, liquor included or not, etc). The room holds up to 90 people. The food is good too. It includes the cake.

We had ours at Bertuccis on rt 110 in Melville. It was nice and the price was pretty good.
