AF type cramps?
I'm 33w2d and having AF type cramps. They are pretty mild and very low in my abdomen. They also aren't constant. I have a Dr's appointment tomorrow so I'll ask then but I figured I'd see if anyone here had any insight.
TIA!

Re: AF type cramps?
I have been having the same exact pains for the past few days and I am 34 weeks. They are fairly infrequent, mild and untimeable so I haven't called the Dr yet but I will definitely bring it up to her at my next appointment.

Re: AF type cramps?
Try to relax and drink water to see if they go away. I get them as well. I knew when I was in actual labor when those AF cramps didn't go away no matter what I did. They got stronger and closer together.

Exact same thing here, like you said, infrequent, mild and untimeable. I'll be asking tomorrow at my appointment, I'll share if he gives me any info!

Thanks so much, I drank a big thing of water and they did seem to subside a bit.

Re: AF type cramps?
I called my doctor last week (at 27 weeks) with the same issue. I was told it's often brought on by dehydration. After a bottle of water I felt much better. Hope it helps!
