AF arrived
This morning with a vengence.
Oh deep joy.
Also my hip is really bothering me where DH caught my nerve with that last shot. I don't know what to do, it keeps waking me up and it REALLY hurts. Maybe accupuncture might help
Or maybe a few hurricanes?
Boy I am in a cruddy mood

Im so sorry your still in pain. What Did the Dr say? Did you mention it? Not sure what will help.

Doc said it would go away in time......But you know me I don't DO patient
Heat helps it, but I have run out of little heat patches and I'm not in the humor to duct tape a hot water bottle to my hip
Also cos AF is here I am having tropical moments, so heat not an option with that either
I think DH might go out to get me some little patches, for some reason, he needs to escape out of the house......I can't think why

Have you tried White Chocolate Martinis? Those are sooooo good and I think they will make you feel alot better!

Oh and whilst I'm in a moaning minny mood.
Why don't they sell pads anymore without wings? I HATE the wings, once you peel off the little covers for the sticky bits they caught up in your knickers.

CAn you use one of the warming pads that are sold at the drugstore
