AF after IVF???

Transfer was 17days ago. Beta tested 4days ago...BFN. I just wanted to move forward. This was my 1st IVF cycle. Normally (even during IUI cycles) AF came like clockwork.

I do not have any AF signs.Is it normal for AF to be late after IVF cycle?

Were you on progesterone or anything? If so, did you stop all meds? My AF comes w/in a day or so of stopping my progesterone after failed cycles.

progesterone does that.. Just hang on it will come.. i am so sorry.. best wishes to you for next cycle..

Did you stop the progesterone yet?

I knew my IVF was negative cause I was spotting on the progesterone. Full blown AF was pretty much here way before beta for me.

Yes, I was on Progesterone supp 4xday & stopped on Fri when I got Beta results. I stopped all meds.

Just have to say, this board has helped me tremedously. Even though I don't really post often I'm checking these boards daily. I just find this place to be such a source of knowledge & encouragement.

My RE said to expect AF 4-7 days after stopping progesterone supps.

I always got mine 1-3 days after... but he said not to worry unless it had been more than 7-10 days I think.
