Advice for ladies after you delivery...
Get a removal nozzle in your shower if you do not have one.
It will be your lifesaver. I've taken 3 showers and every time my muscles feel so much better and I can actually do things for the baby.

Take a stool softener asap. 
Try ON the granny panties before you go into labor.

these too...I picked up 2 packs of 2 size larger WHITE underwear (no color my doctor told me)
LOL..and yes, the stool softner.

Some under wear color may contain dye that can irritate you down there, I've heard this before when you have a yeast infection colored underwear doesn't help you heal faster.
Sort of makes sense.
