Re: Advice
I don't know much about it, but EMDR therapy (eye movement desensitization & reprocessing) is supposed to be extremely effective in treating PTSD. Has he looked into that at all?

I am so sorry what you and your brother are going through. I wish I had advice...
I am not sure if your brother vapes, but I saw on tv that more people are having seizures due to vaping.
again, I am sorry and hope you can find help.

Re: Advice
He should maybe look into getting on some sort of disability. I know there are lawyers who deal with disability. Maybe consult with a lawyer?

This is what I was thinking as well.
I've also heard of CBD oil helping with seizures.

Yes, the only thing that CBD is actually "proven" in clinical trials to help is seizures. (though i find it helps me with other things, but nothing has been proven yet) Read up on it.

Also see if his employer or union have modified duty jobs. Most places probably would not want him working at heights after the 2 incidents but most union jobs have modified duty as a return to work Program

My sister was able to get disability due to PTSD. But it took a long time and she had to be seen by a lot of doctors. Even then she has to keep reapplying every 3 years. Does he want to go back to work? I would ask his union about a light duty or accommodation.
