ADT

My ADT alarm went off for no reason last night and it said that the fault was the bathroom window, so this morning after I left I was told the alarm went off because of the front door, and the police were sent to the house, has anyone else had problems with ADT, I really cant seem to figure out why it is going off, and they cant send a tech out until wed (because we need someone to come at night because we work) so now I don’t want to alarm the house until someone comes out, but that’s like a week away

I've never had a problem with my system but I'm sure the tech can figure out what's wrong. Did you recently lose power and something is a little off now?

try changing you battery in the window and call you local office and make them aware that your zones are not matching up with what the operator is telling you and they will fix it for you
