adding a full bath to a home
if you've done it, talk to me about cost, experience etc...
we would already have the water pipes in place *(converting a laundry room)
can it be a diy or do you need a contractor?

I personally would use a cobtratore, pipes or no pipes. Some towns you may have to file a permit for a 2nd bath too. We had to .. Our soup to nuts was approx $6k.. And we had the pipes there HTH
