He's not opening for Queen, he's the vocalist.
I must say I heard some tape... good but no one's voice can match Freddy's. As for Freddy's showmanship, I think Adam's going to match it. He has BIG shoes to fill and I think he is one of the few who can do it.
I met Brian May years ago during Freddy's last days (no one knew he was sick and so close to death) and he couldn't imagine being on stage as Queen with anyone else but Freddy. I guess time does heal some wounds and Adam must have really impressed them.
