Acupuncture/ Massage
I tried acupuncture once and I feel it did not do much for me. I went for a full body massage and felt better. Really, is there really a preference for fertility/stress reduction?

for fertility acupuncture builds upon itself. so you'll see more results over time, not necessarily after one or two sessions. it took three months of going once a week for me to see a definite change in my lining due to acupuncture.
if its just for stress relief i would go with the massage although i think acu is longer lasting. good luck!

Yes, I do not seem to be the one with the issues, DH has sperm issues which is why we need to do IVF.ICSI.
