Acupuncture
Is is true that it takes a bout 2- 3 visits to feel relaxed. I went once, was bored and did not feel relaxed afterwards.

I suppose it is different for everyone. And maybe depends on the points they are using. During my first session he told me he was going to do points for egg production, my lining and for relaxation. I am pretty sure I ended up falling asleep during that first session.

i think its different for everyone and also depends on your mood the day of the session. ive been doing it for a long time and at the beginning i was more relaxed. as time went on, i've become more anxious (in general) and dont enjoy my sessions as much.
