See a dermatologist! I have an amazing young, female dermatologist who helped me. There are so many meds (prescription & OTC) which are safe, and so many which are not. You will hear docs slam one med, and then others tell you it is completely safe.
Good luck - I know how annoying it is! It is not something you need to think about, so I really suggest seeing a dermatologist.
